Shipping Policy

We will make our best effort to ship all orders received the same day they are received. All shipments are subject to in-stock availability.

Items may be shipped via USPS or UPS per our discretion.

Our Return Policy

All items except otherwise mentioned, may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date. There is no restocking fee for qualified returns. The merchandise must be in new and re-saleable, unused condition and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

We do not accept returns via COD or billed to us in any way.

We reserve the right to change the terms at any time without warning or notice.

Important Note: Any item purchased that has a law enforcement agency or department logo will require proof of employment from the customer before the item will be shipped. Carters Law Enforcement Supply will contact you for a photocopy of your identification. This may be sent in by US Mail, email, or fax. We do not sell badges or any item with a law enforcement logo to non-law enforcement personnel. Carters Law Enforcement Supply requires a $10.00 minimum purchase on all internet orders.
